1. Service provider
Neuron is provided by Feline Labs LLC. Questions about accounts, billing, refunds, privacy, or support can be sent to [email protected].
2. What Neuron provides
Neuron is a private assistant workspace for chat, memory, files, integrations, scheduled jobs, approvals, and reviewable outputs. It is a digital service delivered through the web app and supported Apple apps. There is no physical shipping.
Neuron uses AI model providers and connected tools to process user requests. AI outputs can be incorrect or incomplete. Customers are responsible for reviewing outputs before using them, especially for business, financial, legal, medical, security, or other high-impact decisions.
3. Accounts and acceptable use
Customers must provide accurate account and billing information, keep login credentials secure, and use Neuron only for lawful purposes. Customers may not use Neuron to abuse integrations, bypass rate limits, attack systems, generate illegal content, infringe rights, or process data they are not authorized to use.
Neuron is available only to people who are at least 13 years old. A customer who has not reached the age of legal majority where they live must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use Neuron and make a purchase.
4. Subscriptions and Sparks
Purchase terms depend on the checkout channel shown at the time of purchase. Subscriptions purchased in a Neuron Apple app are in-app purchases billed through the App Store to the customer's Apple Account and are managed by Apple under its applicable terms and policies. Subscriptions and eligible add-ons purchased on the Neuron website are billed through Stripe using the price, currency, taxes, and payment method shown at checkout.
Plan Sparks are monthly assistant usage credits. Where Spark add-ons are offered, the available quantity, price, payment channel, and applicable rules are shown before purchase. Purchased Sparks are used after monthly plan Sparks according to the billing rules shown in Neuron.
Sparks are not cash, stored value, a bank account, or a transferable currency. Sparks can expire, cannot be transferred between customers, and do not unlock higher-tier features unless the plan itself includes them.
5. Cancellation
App Store subscriptions must be managed or canceled through the customer's Apple Account subscription settings. Deleting Neuron or a Neuron account does not automatically cancel an App Store subscription. Subscriptions purchased on the Neuron website can be canceled from the billing workspace or by contacting [email protected]. Cancellation stops future renewals, while access normally continues until the end of the paid billing period unless the applicable store states otherwise or the account is suspended for abuse, legal compliance, security risk, or non-payment.
6. Restoring App Store purchases
A customer can use Restore Purchases in a Neuron Apple app to restore eligible App Store purchases associated with the Apple Account used for the original purchase. The customer may need to sign in to the corresponding Neuron account so the restored entitlement can be applied correctly. Contact [email protected] if an eligible purchase is not recognized.
7. Refund policy
Refund requests for App Store purchases must be submitted to Apple through Report a Problem or Apple Support. Apple determines refund eligibility and processes approved App Store refunds under its policies. Feline Labs cannot directly issue a refund for a transaction billed by Apple.
For purchases billed directly by Feline Labs through the Neuron website, first subscription payments may be refunded within 7 days if the account has not materially used the service. Renewal payments are generally non-refundable after the billing period begins, but Feline Labs may issue a refund when required by law, when duplicate billing occurred, or when Neuron fails to provide the purchased service.
For Spark top-ups billed directly by Feline Labs through the Neuron website, unused top-ups may be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Used Sparks and completed assistant runs are generally non-refundable because model and infrastructure costs are incurred when a run executes. Refunded Sparks may be removed from the account balance.
To request a refund for a purchase billed directly by Feline Labs, email [email protected] with the account email, charge date, plan or top-up purchased, and reason for the request.
8. Integrations and autonomous work
Customers control which integrations are connected and which permissions are granted. Neuron may run scheduled jobs and assistant workflows using the customer's configured context, permissions, and budgets. Sensitive external actions should be reviewed before approval when the product asks for confirmation.
9. Customer content and outputs
Customers retain ownership of their input content. Subject to these terms, customers may use outputs generated for their account. Feline Labs may process customer content to provide, secure, debug, bill, and support the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Service changes and availability
Neuron may change features, usage limits, model providers, pricing, or plan contents over time. For paid subscriptions, material pricing changes will apply on a future billing period unless otherwise stated. Feline Labs may pause or limit the service to protect security, reliability, legal compliance, or provider availability.
11. Contact
Billing, refund, and support requests should be sent to [email protected]. Support is handled by email, with normal support review during business days.
