Sparks
Usage stays visible before expensive runs continue.
Neuron meters assistant work from model cost, context size, output size, selected assistant tier, tools, files, and scheduled work. The app shows Spark budgets and plan limits so users can stop or top up before heavier runs continue.
How Sparks work
- Monthly Sparks reset each billing period.
- Purchased Sparks are used after monthly plan Sparks.
- Purchased Sparks expire after 90 days unless the checkout states otherwise.
- Sparks do not unlock higher plan features by themselves.

Billing policy
Clear terms for Stripe review and customer trust.
Payments and renewal
Paid plans are digital subscriptions billed monthly in USD through Stripe. Customers can cancel future renewal from the billing workspace or by contacting [email protected].
Refund summary
First subscription payments may be refunded within 7 days if the account has not materially used the service. Unused Spark top-ups may be refunded within 14 days. Used Sparks and completed assistant runs are generally non-refundable except where required by law or where Neuron fails to deliver the purchased service.
