Trust posture

Security for a private assistant workspace.

Neuron is built for sensitive assistant work: memory, files, integrations, scheduled jobs, approvals, and account-level usage records. This page summarizes the controls customers should know before connecting data.

Memory visibility

Assistant memory is intended to stay inspectable, editable, and removable so users can see what context may influence future runs.

Integration boundaries

Connected services use explicit grants. Customers can disconnect integrations, and sensitive external actions are designed to pause for approval.

Usage and billing audit

Spark usage, provider usage facts, checkout sessions, and billing events are reconciled so account balances are explainable.

Account controls

The product is planned around account export, deletion readiness, credential-safe cleanup, rate limits, and abuse monitoring.

Current limits

No inflated security claims.

Certifications

Neuron does not currently claim SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, or PCI DSS certification. Card data is handled by Stripe checkout and is not stored by Neuron.

Regulated data

Customers should not connect highly regulated data unless Feline Labs has approved that use case in writing. Neuron is not currently offered as a HIPAA or regulated legal-record system.

Provider routing

AI requests may be routed through model and infrastructure providers to fulfill customer workflows. Provider choice may change for reliability, latency, cost, or capability.
