Google Workspace data controls

Connect what you need. Remove it when you are done.

Neuron keeps Google Workspace authorization separate from Google sign-in and gives you controls to review, narrow, disconnect, revoke, export, and delete data.

Review or narrow Workspace access

  1. Open Neuron and choose the assistant whose access you want to review.
  2. Open Integrations and expand the connected Google capability.
  3. Choose View access to inspect its available actions.
  4. Disable actions you no longer want. When Google permissions must change, use Reconnect least privilege and approve only the scopes shown by Google.

Neuron requests Workspace access in context. Enable all Google Workspace capabilities is a separate, explicit choice and is not selected by default.

Disconnect one assistant

In Integrations, choose Disconnect from this assistant. This immediately removes that assistant's future access and its derived Workspace copies. The canonical Google connection may remain available to other assistants that you previously authorized.

Revoke the Google connection everywhere

Choose Disconnect Google account and revoke access, review the destructive confirmation, and select Revoke Google access. Neuron requests provider revocation, disconnects every assistant using that canonical connection, and removes account-scoped Workspace-derived copies.

You can also review and remove third-party access directly from your Google Account. Removing access at Google prevents Neuron from obtaining new Google access tokens; return to Neuron afterward to confirm the integration is disconnected.

Export or delete Neuron account data

  1. Open Neuron Settings and expand Privacy summary.
  2. Choose Export account before deletion if you need a copy of your available account data.
  3. Choose Delete account, complete any required recent-sign-in check, and confirm the deletion request.

Account deletion removes Workspace-derived local copies in scope for the account. Neuron may retain content-free tombstones or legally required billing, security, fraud-prevention, and audit records; these do not retain Google Workspace message or file content.

What Neuron does with Workspace data

Neuron accesses Workspace data only for user-selected, visible capabilities; to secure and operate those capabilities; or as required by law. It does not sell Workspace data, use it for advertising, or train generalized AI or machine-learning models with it. Relevant data is sent to a declared AI processor only after the applicable in-product disclosure and user action.
